We are not sponsoring foreign visas.

We are in need of a highly competent commercial estimator/sales person. If you are familiar with this area, we would love to hear from you.

Along with a high hourly rate, some employees get to take assigned vehicles home, saving a lot of money on the expenses associated with commuting; this adds up to quite a bit of money. We also have six paid holidays, 75% of the cost of medical and dental (for the employee only), vacation, and bonuses. We also offer participation in a 401k plan where we, as the employer, contribute also.

The hourly wage is open to negotiation. We are willing to pay what a person is worth, as long as that person can make money for the company. Do not apply here if your desire is to sit back or coast through jobs, we cannot afford to keep you. The minimum starting wage for someone that can prove they know what they are doing is $40.00 per hour.

You must be thoroughly familiar with at least one estimating software package, understand Microsoft Products, such as Excel, Word, etc., and be able to run a project after estimating it.

We offer a competitive salary with benefits. Benefits include 75% health and dental for the individual, 6 holidays and PTO (paid time off – to encompass whatever you need to take time off for, including vacation or sick).  PTO for the first three years is accrued at 0.01917 hours  per hour worked, the holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas Day. General work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM through 4:00 PM, this time frame encompasses two 10 minute paid breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
